Most agencies grow by adding names. We grow by being selective.

The creators we represent get the upside of that math: senior attention on every deal, real negotiation behind every rate, and a manager who knows their audience, their numbers, and their brand bibles cold. That doesn't scale to hundreds of creators. It isn't supposed to.

What earns an invitation.

We're niche-agnostic but specific on substance. The creators on our roster tend to share four things:

  • A point of view. Content made by someone we'd want to introduce to a brand we respect.

  • Professional posture. Reliable deliverables, clean rights handling, a long-term view of their own career.

  • Brand-safe craft. Work that holds up across audiences and partners. Talent that brands return to.
